A) Fitness Lifestyle Retreat
Refresh your outlook and reveal a clear vision of your well-being goals. It’s a space to experience different ways of movement, share ideas & skills and provide coaching support so that client can identify what’s going to work for them moving forward. You will emerge rejuvenated and nourished – mind & body, motivated & empowered, ready to bring the change home. Get fitter, feel younger and have fun!
Activities:

Sound bath (Meditative experience, balance the energy (15-60mins)

Fitness session (depending on level of fitness or client’s interest) ; yoga, Pilates, HIIT
B) The Amazing Race
If you are preparing to hold a team-building exercise for your students or your co-workers, The Amazing Race is probably the best choice!
The Amazing Race team building activity begins with an exciting opening ceremony where your team will meet your charismatic race host. After a brief introduction of how the game works, the group will then be split into teams. Each team is given their race kit including a checkpoint list and a map.
Each of our activities has its own goal. Either it’s to improve communication skills, teamwork, skills or taking leadership.
